- 500 g pizza dough skin *)

- 250 g tomato sauce (from canned tomatoes)
- Topping:
- 100 g tomatoes, chopped
- 60 g black olives, chopped
- 60 g red pepper, chopped
- 60 g zucchini, thinly sliced
- 10 pieces of fresh basil, finely sliced
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, small slices of thin
- After fermented for 1 hour, the dough into 4 pieces and set aside briefly.
